Privacy Notice
1. Controller
Kothencz Martin e.v. (address: XXI. Budapest Vihorlát Út 23., email: figurify.admin@gmail.com). This notice covers personal data processed in connection with the Figurify online shop, in line with the EU GDPR (2016/679).
2. Data processed & purposes
- Order data (name, email, phone, shipping address): to fulfil the order. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Invoicing data: to comply with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) under accounting rules.
- Contact data: to answer your enquiry.
- Newsletter signup (email address, language, the exact wording of the consent statement, the time and IP address of signup, and the confirmation time): to send offers and new-product updates, based solely on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Signup only becomes active after clicking the confirmation link sent by email (double opt-in), and every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link. The extra fields above (statement text, timestamp, IP) are kept solely to be able to prove consent if ever needed. Kept until consent is withdrawn.

- Payment: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (card payments)
- Delivery: the courier / postal service used
4. Retention
Order data is kept until claims from the contract lapse; invoicing data for the period required by accounting law (typically 8 years).
5. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and may object to processing. Contact: figurify.admin@gmail.com.
6. Remedies
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian DPA (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa u. 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) or go to court.
