Right of withdrawal
Under Gov. Decree 45/2014, a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving reasons.
Exception: custom items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. a custom 3D-printed figure).
How to withdraw
Send a clear statement to figurify.admin@gmail.com. You may use the model form below. Return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days at the latest; the direct cost of return is borne by the consumer.
Refund
On valid withdrawal we refund the amount paid (except any extra costs) within 14 days.
